This project had many types of constraints including access being on the esplanade in Torquay as well as another new build being completed next door. Our specialised Supervisor Robert Sanzaro worked in managing and recreating the process of the build in conjunction with the architect and engineer to help create this home.
Concrete works including Civil site cut and filling of site, Ground slab, Stripfootings, Dincel retailing walls concrete filled, Precast panels brought to site for all internal sub floor areas, columns and retaining wall works to external landscaping areas, Concrete formed suspend slab and external paving works.
