Working over a 6 month Period this project Concrete works consisted of concrete filed steel piles pushed down to a founding depth of 10m deep. Completed in conjunction with Southern Piling. Vapour Barrier system complete under ground due this site being a previous land filled site. Design of this system completed with our engineer to comply with local council requirements. Ground slab completed in conjunction with Holcim concrete, Infrabuild reinforcing and Geelong Pump Crete.
Concrete panels we designed by our in house engineer in conjunction with our structural steel shop drawer, formed, reinforced and pour on site and craned in position.
This site required a carefully planned spray both slab set down in the ground slab also specifically designed, engineered and constructed for this build. Carpark and external works completed to the highest standard. Final specialised strip footing designed and build to cater for Site sign. All works completed to specifications of Mercedes-Benz Australia’s highest industry standards.
